The 'Pay As You Use' Advanced Device Replacement service from MMS provides the facility to have a working replacement device - next day - if there is a break or fault with the original device without the need to issue a loan unit first. Collection of it is subsequently arranged, repaired and then returned.
Our service negates the requirement for expensive contractual insurance schemes, where a service is often paid for, but seldom used, offering a cost effective solution and piece of mind to the end user.
The end user keeps the phone, which is sent to them for arrival next day, and whilst it may be a refurbished device from our buffer stocks, it will have been fully checked to ensure it is in full working order and both cosmetically refurbished and fully sanitised.
The service is designed to ensure there is limited loss of service, meaning a high customer service delivery is achievable.
